UCD Equipment Activity Report

Report Description and Use Case

Lists capital equipment and associated financial activities. The report provides a high-level summary (beginning balance, new additions, disposals, adjustments, and ending balances) and lists detailed transactions. As a Central Account Office user or financial department user, you can use the report to ensure that movable assets are properly recorded in the Aggie Enterprise Fixed Assets subledger. 

This report replaces Decision Support reports 283, 370, and 371.
