System Releases

System releases include new features, customer enhancement requests, and patches from previous releases.

Aggie Enterprise is supported by Oracle Cloud Financials (OCF). Based on the principle of continuous improvement, OCF follows a publication cycle each year to deploy new functionality.

Through partnership between the Aggie Enterprise Service Delivery Team; Change Management, Communications and Training Team; Budget Office; Finance; Supply Chain Management; and Administrative IT, each Oracle release will be reviewed and tested to understand the impact to Aggie Enterprise users.

Teams will review and assess each update’s impacts to the Aggie Enterprise Finance, Supply Chain and Project Portfolio Management modules.
