Aggie Enterprise user groups are communities for collaboration and knowledge sharing among system users and functional work groups
Aggie Enterprise user groups provide a space where members gather to improve their understanding of the university's financial system and contribute to the continuous improvement of Aggie Enterprise utility, training and communications. Each user group is established around a specific function in Aggie Enterprise, such as General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Project Portfolio Management, Supply Chain, and Planning. Membership is open to Aggie Enterprise users that work regularly in these areas.
Aggie Enterprise User Group Membership
Each user group cohort consists of about 20 members. Each cohort meets monthly for six months to discuss topics chosen by the group. At the end of the six months, members are encouraged to join a new group. New groups are created periodically.
Please fill out our express interest form if you’re interested in joining an upcoming user group.
