User Groups

Aggie Enterprise user groups are communities for collaboration and knowledge sharing among system users and functional work groups

User groups are focused on continuous improvement of Aggie Enterprise utility, training and communications. Each user group is established around a specific function in Aggie Enterprise, such as General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Project Portfolio Management and Supply Chain.


Membership is open to Aggie Enterprise users that work regularly in the areas of General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Project Portfolio Management or Supply Chain. Each user group is facilitated by the Aggie Enterprise Change, Communications and Training Team.
