The second of three FY27 Aggie Enterprise Planning User Group Meetings provided guidance and demonstrations for budget plan approval workflows, revenue and non-personnel planning using the Financials module, Contracts and Grants planning, and available resources for Planning users. 

The first of three FY27 Aggie Enterprise Planning User Group Meetings provided an introduction to the FY27 budget planning timeline, the Planning chart of accounts, guidance and demonstrations of Workforce Planning tasks, and review of available resources for Planning users.

October’s Aggie Enterprise User Group meeting provided updates on the Role Access Management (RAM) application, as well as status updates on reports in development and upcoming training opportunities.

In the March update, we introduced users to the new Roles Access Management Application, provided updates on Aggie Enterprise Roadmap projects and Aggie Enterprise reports, and answered participant submitted questions.

In the February Aggie Enterprise User Group meeting, we provided a preview of the upcoming the Finance Internal Transfer System (FITS) and an enhancement to the revenue journal submission process that updates Non-Sponsored PPM projects. We also learned about the Reporting Workgroup, got an update about soon to be released new reports and report enhancements, and got an inside look into ideas for new reports and report enhancements move from concept to production.
