OnCore–Aggie Enterprise Integration Streamlines Operations

Earlier this year, multiple teams collaborated to build an integration between OnCore, the clinical trials management system, and Aggie Enterprise, the UC Davis financial system with goal of streamlining invoicing and payments for clinical trials. We’re excited to announce that the integration is complete.

The integration and process improvements go into effect October 1, 2025.

Key Improvements
  • Automated Financial Integration

    Invoices and payments now flow directly between OnCore and Aggie Enterprise, reducing manual entry and improving accuracy.

Role Access Management (RAM) Launch Webinar Now Available

Learn about the new Role Access Management application. This introductory webinar, delivered September 25, 2025, provides an overview of the application and a demonstration of its basic functionlialty. The team also answers frequently asked questions and scenarios before taking questions from attendees.

Aggie Enterprise Downtime Starting at 7 p.m. on Friday, September 19

Aggie Enterprise will be offline starting at 7 p.m. on Friday, September 19, 2025 due to the scheduled Oracle 25C update. It is expected to come back online by 7 a.m. on Monday, September 22.*

*This downtime does not apply to Aggie Enterprise Planning.

Boundary System Transactions

During downtime, boundary system transactions can still be sent to Aggie Enterprise. These transactions will be queued and automatically processed once the system is back online.

Enhanced Aggie Enterprise Home Page Set to Launch

You’ll soon see a redesigned Aggie Enterprise home page intended to streamline access to the commonly used pages and tools. This change is part of the Oracle’s latest quarterly update.

 

New Quick Actions Menu

A key enhancement is the new Quick Actions menu  which saves you time and clicks by providing an upfront link to common tasks.

 

 

RAM: Simplifying Access Management for Aggie Enterprise and Beyond

Roles Access Management (RAM) is a new application, expected to release in Q2 2025, that will allow users to directly request Aggie Enterprise job roles via a self-service portal. RAM will handle all aspects of access requests, including automatic routing to the appropriate security liaisons for approval. RAM will replace the current manual process for requesting and processing Aggie Enterprise access requests.
