Change to Automated Employee Provisioning

The Aggie Enterprise Governance Board has approved an update to the automated employee provisioning process. Moving forward, employees assigned the UC Path job codes listed in the table below will no longer automatically receive access to Aggie Enterprise and existing users with these job codes will lose access.

IMPORTANT: Active employees with a student (STDT) UC Path job code who are assigned an Aggie Enterprise job role (other than UCD Employee JR) and have logged into Aggie Enterprise since August 10, 2025 will be exempt from this process and will retain their access.

Why is this Happening?

Analysis showed that very few employees with these job codes actively log into Aggie Enterprise. Removing these job codes from automated provisioning significantly reduces unnecessary licensing costs while maintaining access for those who use the system. 

This change is expected to go into effect in the next few weeks. 

Note: If an employee with an excluded job code in UCPath requires access to Aggie Enterprise, please work with the employee’s Aggie Enterprise Security Liaison to request access.
