Finance Internal Transfer System (FITS) Now Live

We are excited to announce that the Finance Internal Transfer System (FITS) is now live. FITS replaces the previous recharge billing submission process for departments that are not currently using a boundary application to manage recharges.

Benefits of FITS include:
  • Improved accuracy when splitting costs to both GL and PPM
  • Real-time data validation that reduces the chances of erroneous entries
  • Less effort from smaller units who previously submitted recharge transfers via Help Desk ticket
  • Data validation for spreadsheet uploads


IMPORTANT: As part of the FITS launch, recharge transfer requests will not be accepted by the Help Desk after April 30th, 2025.
Starting May 1st, all recharge transfers must be submitted using FITS.
