Updated process for Agency Fund Carryforward

This information is applicable for departments with agency 5xxxx funds.

A new account, 300002 - Agency Carryforward, has been created to uniquely identify the net position balance of Agency funds.

In the Oct-26 period the previous carryforward balances (posted to account 440001 in Jul-26) will be reversed and re-posted using the new account 300002.

Any PPM project with erroneous automated task budget adjustments created in Jul-26 will also see those budgets corrected when the journals are posted.
