Report Description and Use Case
The UCD Collections Customer Aging Report will allow users to track the status of Customer Aging activity. Report prompts will allow users to run by Collector, Customer, Award Number, Transaction Number, and Days Late and Current Amount ranges.
There will be a Summary and Detail view. The Detail view will provide:
- Transaction Number
- Due Date
- Days Late
- Original Amount
- Promise Amount
- Disputed Amount
- Adjusted Amount
- Pending Adjusted Amount
