Monitoring Costs and Closing PPM Non-Sponsored Projects (PPM202) 

In this course, participants will learn to monitor their costs and close out a non-sponsored PPM project. Including how to identify summary costs on individual PPM projects and tasks, generate PPM portfolio reports showing budget-to-actuals by project and task, research detailed costs on PPM projects and tasks, close tasks, and close non-sponsored PPM projects.
