Requisition Submission and Approval Blocked

Description

4/4/25 Update: The issue impacting Requisition submission and approval is now resolved for the creation of new Requisitions. 

Note:

  • New Requisitions created Friday, April 4, 2025, are submitting and approving successfully.
  • Existing Requisitions (saved/pending approval) from Thursday, April 3, 2025, and earlier may still be experiencing a technical issue and not submit.
    • The technical team is working to resolve the issues for existing Requisitions.
    • If there is an urgent need for goods/services on a previously created Requisition, you can use the existing Requisition as a template (for non-catalog orders only) to expedite the processing of a replacement Requisition. See template instructions for non-catalog Requisition. You can then cancel the original Requisition

The tax engine used in Aggie Enterprise, OneSource, is experiencing system issues impacting the ability to submit and/or approve Requisitions. At this time, users may experience interruptions or errors (i.e., failed transactions) when attempting to submit Requisitions. 

We recommend pausing any Requisition submissions or approvals. 

This issue has been escalated for highest-priority fix.
