The first webinar in the Capital Equipment series provides guidance on tagging newly received capital equipment, looking up capital asset information, and conducting physical inventory as part of the biennial equipment certification process. The webinar also covers the fundamentals of capital and fabricated equipment and explains the responsibilities of asset representatives.
 

The Capital Equipment series is presented by the UC Davis Central Accounting's Equipment Management team and organized by Aggie Enterprise Change, Communications, and Training. The session is designed for department employees who manage the purchase, inventory, and disposition of university equipment valued at $5,000 or more.
