5 Ways to Make Requisition Processing Easier!
Below are five ways to maximize your Aggie Enterprise Requisition purchasing. We hope this information is helpful!
- Are you an approver on a financial string or PPM Project? Don’t initiate a Requisition! In most cases, the Requisition will automatically reject. An employee not assigned as an approver should be the one who submits a Requisition, not an approver. See other reasons why a Requisition will auto-reject.
- Changing the Requester on a Requisition? The Deliver-To Location will need to be updated, too. Keep in mind that if the Requester field is changed on a Requisition, the data in the Deliver-To Location is automatically removed and will require re-entry.
- Want to see ALL the punchout catalogs? On the Self-Service Procurement screen, in the Shop by Category section, click on Browse All, and then All Punchouts. This can be a good option if you are unsure of the “category” assigned to a supplier, or if you want to see all punchout suppliers on one page. See full instructions on catalog shopping.
- Need Information on a Requisition? The My Requisitions search gives you that more information! The search is dynamic, meaning that you can add multiple pieces of data, such as supplier name, initiator name, date, and the search will continue to update in real-time with the results. See the short video on “How to Search for Requisitions” in the video resource library to learn more about the power of the My Requisitions search screen.
- Looking for a one-stop resource for all things Aggie Enterprise purchasing? The Aggie Enterprise website is the answer! Bookmark the website that includes more than 30 guides with step-by-step instructions, videos, and links to other resources on the Supply Chain Management website.
