Aggie Enterprise Planning Change Control Board

The Aggie Enterprise Planning Change Control Board was established on July 1, 2026, to provide governance and oversight for changes affecting the Aggie Enterprise Planning application and related integrations. Its goal is to ensure that the application remains reliable, effective, and aligned with the university's institutional planning needs.
 
The board will:
  • Review and evaluate change requests and supporting information. See Planning Application Enhancement Requests.
  • Assess proposed changes based on institutional value, risk, impact, and resource considerations.
  • Participate in discussions and contribute to consensus-based decision-making.
  • Support transparency, standardization, and accountability in change management activities.
  • Attend monthly meetings and participate in ad hoc reviews when urgent matters arise.
