Changes are coming to the Aggie Enterprise Purchase Order screen in late 2026. Additionally, the Purchase Agreement, Receipt, and Supplier screens will also be updated.
Overview
The user interface ("look and feel") for each of these screens will be getting an update, making them consistent with the changes made to the Self-Service Procurement screen in September 2025.
For the applicable search screens, the changes will improve the search functionality to dynamic, meaning the user can search against any data associated with that item to get the desired results. There will also be a filters option that will allow you to easily see all available search options, and select as many, or few, as you wish to search against.
The overall processes for how and when these screens are used will remain unchanged.
Implementation Timeline
The specific date for the changes is scheduled for late 2026 and will be announced once it's determined.

Purchase Order (PO) Detail
The PO Detail screen will be updated to be consistent with the overall look and feel of the other updated screens. The PDF that is emailed to the supplier will remain unchanged. See an example of the updated PO screen below:
Purchase Order (PO) Search Screen
The updated Purchase Orders search screen, as displayed below, will allow for ad hoc searches, as well as searches by the many available filters, by clicking on the Filters button, with additional search options then displaying.
Purchase Order (PO) Change
When changes are pending for a previously created Purchase Order, there will be an advisory statement indicating the existence of a pending change order:
When changes are made to a Purchase Order, the pending changes will be identified in the header section of the Change Order document, making it easier for pending approvers to see what was changed. The specific line(s) changed will continue to be highlighted with a blue dot as they currently are.
In the example below:
- The Amount Changed field indicates a $4000 price increase.
- More details can be found on the line item identified with a blue dot.
Purchase Agreement Details Screen
The updated Purchase Agreement details screen contains all the information regarding the agreement in an easier to scan and read format:
Purchase Agreements Search Screen
The updated Purchase Agreements search screen will allow dynamic searches against any of the data fields, including, but not limited to, Supplier (name), Agreement (number), and Description. The Filters button allows you to search against many other attributes as well.
Orders to Receive (Receipt)
The updated Receipt screen, Orders to Receive, will still default the list of Purchase Orders that are associated with any Requisitions that the user previously created. The user can search for other Purchase Orders as well, to indicate receipt of any items associated with quantity-based orders.
After locating the desired Purchase Order for which to indicate receipt of quantity-based goods and services, the user can enter the quantity, upload an attachment, add notes, and other tracking information as desired:
Suppliers
The updated Suppliers search and details screens are currently under development and will be added to this page once available.
Like the other screens described above, the Suppliers search will allow dynamic searches for supplier by Name, Supplier Type, Status, and other options available under the Filters drop-down.
