Request Net Sources & Uses by Department Variance Report

Add a report to compare Final Plan vs Final Actual sources and uses data by department. Users can select the financial department, period, year, funds, and account by setting the POV. Columns display the selected funds. Percent variance should be calculated and displayed to show the differences between Finan Plan vs Final Actual.
