UCD PPM Cost Transfer Report does not provide accurate information

The UCD PPM Cost Transfer Report currently available in Production is being rebuilt because it fails to provide accurate information for the prompts selected. Two versions of the report are currently in development with an estimated release in Q4 FY2026:

• UCD Cost Transfer Report: Will provide summary-level information for the Source and Destinations of "Transfer" and "Split and transfer" adjustment types. (OCF-8671)
   
• UCD Cost Transfer Separation of Duties Report: Will include a "Separation of Duties" verification of resources managing projects and those creating and approving transfers, in addition to the Source and Destinations of the transferred costs. (OCF-4245)
