Work is underway to significantly reduce the time it takes Aggie Enterprise to process journal uploads.
Under the current configuration, each submitted journal line must pass through multiple journal control checks. As a result, journal submissions with many lines can take anywhere from 1 to 3 minutes to process. By implementing “skip logic” Aggie Enterprise will be able to bypass unnecessary checks without compromising overall control integrity.
In most cases, these improvements are expected to reduce processing time from 2–3 minutes to approximately 30 seconds.
