The default December 2023 cutoff date in FIS DS was reset to the current calendar month, causing the Lookup and Report features to return no results. (No data was entered in KFS after the migration to Aggie Enterprise.)
Workaround:
FIS DS features that do not have date settings, such as the Account Lookup for FIS11, run the current calendar date in the background. Instead of using these features in FIS DS, go to KFS and search for the data. In KFS, use Jump to in the navigation pane and type Account to display the Account Lookup page. Enter the account or other information you want to look up. Because KFS Lookup is not hierarchy-based, you need to specify the Organization Code if you want to view all accounts under the organization.
You can continue to use FIS DS features that have date settings, such as running reports. When setting filters to run the DS reports with month/year criteria, manually specify dates at or before December 2023.
