Approve button on Approve Adjustment page does not always work

Description

The Approve button on the Approve Adjustments page works only intermittently.

6/8/26 Resolved - new procedure:

On the Approve Adjustments page, you must first select the adjustment, and then click Approve. The knowledge base article has been updated to reflect the new procedure.

Original workaround:

If nothing happens after you click Approve:

  1. On the Approve Adjustments page, click Done.
  2. Return to the Billing dashboard and click the Adjustment Approval infotile.
  3. Select the invoice adjustment that you want to approve and click Approve on the dashboard.
