Description
The Approve button on the Approve Adjustments page works only intermittently.
6/8/26 Resolved - new procedure:
On the Approve Adjustments page, you must first select the adjustment, and then click Approve. The knowledge base article has been updated to reflect the new procedure.
Original workaround:
If nothing happens after you click Approve:
- On the Approve Adjustments page, click Done.
- Return to the Billing dashboard and click the Adjustment Approval infotile.
- Select the invoice adjustment that you want to approve and click Approve on the dashboard.
