Add to Cart Button Unavailable In Non-Catalog Forms When Agreement Auto-Populates Supplier and Supplier Site Fields

Description

Since the update to Release 26B (June 19th), users may be unable to add a line to their cart in any non-catalog smart form when an Agreement is entered first and allowed to automatically populate the Supplier and Supplier Site fields. In this scenario, the Add to Cart button does not respond.

Oracle has acknowledged this issue. We are working with Oracle to identify and implement a solution.

Workaround: Enter the Supplier first, then add the Agreement. The smart form should function normally, allowing you to add the line to your cart.
