Data anomalies between Faculty Department Portfolio Report and Project Expense Report in Cognos

Project Expense reporting reflects PPM transactional data from both active and closed periods. Transactions posted to historical closed periods may not be captured in the reporting tables, which could result in anomalies or imbalances between the report and the source system.
