Role Access Management is Live
Role Access Management (RAM) is now live and ready for use. RAM allows users to directly request Aggie Enterprise Job Roles via a self-service portal. RAM handles all aspects of access requests, including automatic routing to the appropriate security liaisons for approval.
This application replaces the job mapping file submission process previously managed by Aggie Enterprise Security Liaisons.
Who Is RAM for?
RAM is for all users who need to request job roles for Aggie Enterprise and the Aggie Enterprise Security Liaisons assigned to approve those requests. Users can log into RAM, request the Aggie Enterprise Job Roles they need and the request is routed to the appropriate security liaison for approval.*
*NOTE: This information does not apply to Aggie Enterprise Planning. The provisioning process for Aggie Enterprise Planning will not change with the release of RAM.
*NOTE: Some departments have additional protocols for requesting Aggie Enterprise Job Roles. Please check with your supervisor and/or Aggie Enterprise Security Liaison if you’re not sure how your department would like you to proceed.
