Aggie Enterprise Downtime June 20 to June 21

Aggie Enterprise will be offline starting at 7 p.m. on Friday, June 20 due to the scheduled Oracle 25B update and is expected to return online by 10 p.m. on Saturday, June 21.*

*This downtime does not apply to Aggie Enterprise Planning.

Boundary System Transactions
Boundary system transactions sent to Aggie Enterprise during this time will be held in a queue. The queued transactions will be processed once Aggie Enterprise comes back online.

How is the downtime schedule determined?

Aggie Enterprise uses Oracle Cloud Financials. Oracle Cloud Financials is updated on a quarterly basis by Oracle. The upgrade schedule is determined by Oracle, not by the UC Davis team. 

For 2025, quarterly releases are scheduled on the third Friday of the following months: March, June, September, and December. Release dates for 2025 are March 21, June 20, September 19, and December 19.
