Aggie Enterprise Planning Available Post-Maintenance

The following changes have been implemented:

  • Actuals from June FY23 to May FY24 have been re-imported to align Aggie Enterprise Planning's aggregated actuals with GL fund hierarchy changes.
  • FY24 AggieBudget budget has been reloaded into Aggie Enterprise Planning using an enhanced COA mapping process.
  • FY25 AggieBudget budget has been loaded into Aggie Enterprise Planning using an enhanced COA mapping process (excludes pilot units).
  • The FY25 budget in Aggie Enterprise Planning is now closed for pilot users.
  • June FY24, July FY25, and August FY25 actuals have been imported.
