Duplicate Ongoing Appropriations in FY26 Working Version

Depending on the input method you used (such as choosing the Closed PY Actuals Average Trend or manually adjusting the Year Total amounts on the Annual Budget form), entering ongoing appropriations can result in automatic distribution across all 12 fiscal periods. When the July actuals data is loaded, ongoing appropriations become double counted because the full amount is placed in July. If this occurs, delete the distributed amounts from each month in your forecast (Working version).
