PPM Project Transaction Issue Resolved

The issue affecting transactions that use Project Portfolio Management (PPM) projects has been resolved.

Technical teams have updated the underlying configuration and completed the bulk re-baselining of approximately 10,000 affected non-sponsored projects. Sponsored projects were not impacted by this issue. Transactions that charge costs to affected non-sponsored PPM projects should now process normally.

If you previously re-baselined a project as part of the recommended workaround, no further action is required. The fix accommodates projects that were manually re-baselined. A separate notification was also sent directly to PPM Project Managers regarding the re-baselining activity.
