Aggie Enterprise Planning Now Live

The Aggie Enterprise team is excited to welcome users to Aggie Enterprise Planning, a web-based financial planning and forecasting tool. This platform is designed to facilitate the UC Davis annual budget cycle, eventually replacing AggieBudget.  

Getting started in Aggie Enterprise Planning 

Refer to the Aggie Enterprise Go-Live Support Resources Guide for help with navigating the new system and locating appropriate resources. Aggie Enterprise Planning phase 1 training, how-to videos, and Knowledge Base Articles (KBAs) are now available to support Planning users. Explore Planning resources.

Logging in  

Aggie Enterprise Planning users must log in through the UC Davis Sign-on button. Multiple attempts to log in through the User ID and Password fields could result in a freeze on your account. See instructions for logging in. Once logged in, proceed with setting your required and recommended user preferences.

 FY24-25 planning cycle

Annual budget planning for FY24-25 will take place in AggieBudget. AggieBudget will remain available until September 2024.   

The Aggie Enterprise team looks forward to working with Graduate Studies and Office of Research to pilot the use of Aggie Enterprise Planning for the FY25 planning cycle. Outcomes will be shared with the user community following the pilot.
