It’s important for departments to approve any Aggie Enterprise Accounts Payable invoices that route for approval (PPM Project Manager, Fiscal Officer, Principal Investigator) in a timely manner, within 5 business days. This ensures that the payments comply with the terms established for the respective supplier(s). There are several Purchasing and Accounts Payable reports in Aggie Enterprise that can help you track your ongoing Purchase Order (PO) spend by category, identify any open POs that may need to be manually closed due to inactivity, and view transaction activity on a Requisition, as well as on any associated POs.
