Review Financial Results and Key Risk Areas

Per policy, staff with financial responsibilities must complete periodic reviews to ensure compliance and risk management. The Review Financial Results and Key Risk Areas process now replaces the previous General Ledger Review process in KFS. In Aggie Enterprise, the following are required: 

  • Monthly Reviews: Staff responsible at the E and G financial department levels must complete a monthly review of financial results and key risk areas in Aggie Enterprise.
  • Quarterly Reviews & Oversight: Staff responsible at the C financial department level must complete a quarterly review in Aggie Enterprise Planning and provide oversight to ensure requirements are met by financial department levels E and G.

Detailed requirements for financial result review, including instructions for completing them using Aggie Enterprise, Aggie Enterprise Planning, and Cognos reports are available in the Knowledge Base Article. Staff may use additional tools and methods as appropriate to meet requirements.

Reminder

These review requirements apply at the financial department level, not the PPM project level. If you previously completed Analytical Ledger Review (ALR) in KFS, confirm with your supervisor or unit leadership whether your responsibility in Aggie Enterprise is at the financial department or project level.
