The Working version and Plan scenario planning data for October FY26 has been replaced with actuals.

September Forecast = 3 months of actuals (July 2025 through September 2025) + 9 months of plan (October 2025 through June 2026)

To ensure Aggie Enterprise Planning has up-to-date actuals, FY25 Period 13 data was reloaded. The reloaded data accommodates updated FY25 June actuals. (The last FY25 Period 13 actuals load occurred on 8/11/25.)

FY25 Period 13 remains open, but we do not anticipate additional transactions to post.

The Working version and Plan scenario planning data for September FY25 has been replaced with actuals. The September actuals data includes net position adjustments, which impact a limited number of level-C financial departments.

Aggie Enterprise Planning virtual office hours will be held on Tuesdays at 11:00 AM, beginning October 7 and continuing through December 16, 2025.

These sessions provide an opportunity to ask questions and receive support directly from Planning team members. Whether you’re troubleshooting a specific issue or seeking guidance, office hours are a great way to connect with the team and get timely help.

The workforce assumption rates for the “Working" version "Plan" scenario have been updated with more accurate rates.

These updated rates will not impact the FY26 final plan but will improve the accuracy of the FY26/FY27 working plan.

Aggie Enterprise Planning is now available for in-year forecasting for FY26, offering department budget analysts the ability to update the "working" version of their current financial plan with the latest information about department operations.

The Working version and Plan scenario planning data for August FY25 has been replaced with actuals. A snapshot of the following is available:

July Forecast = 1 months of actuals (July 2025) + 11 months of plan (August 2025 through June 2026)

Depending on the input method you used (such as choosing the Closed PY Actuals Average Trend or manually adjusting the Year Total amounts on the Annual Budget form), entering ongoing appropriations can result in automatic distribution across all 12 fiscal periods.

Unfortunately, our attempt to update the FY25 Merit, Range, and Equity assumptions on 3/12/25 did not work as expected. This means that salary and associated benefits expense remain understated for the months of March through June in the current year forecast. This does not have any impact on the FY26 annual budget labor expenses.
