Accounts Payable Invoice Best Practices

All non-catalog Purchase Order invoices are processed by the central Accounts Payable (AP) team.

In addition, all non-Purchase Order invoices are also processed by the AP team, per the information on the Payment Request form initiated by a department.

To ensure that invoices are processed as efficiently as possible, we recommend the following:

Watch the recording of the second session of the accounting fundamentals series. presented by UC Davis Central Accounting and Aggie Enterprise Change, Communications and Training. These sessions are designed for staff with little to no accounting experience.

In the first half of the session, we take a look at the basics of journals, the general ledger and subledgers. In the second half, we take a look at reports that help us trace transactions between the General Ledger and a subledger.

Change to Automated Employee Provisioning

The Aggie Enterprise Governance Board has approved an update to the automated employee provisioning process. Moving forward, employees assigned the UC Path job codes listed in the table below will no longer automatically receive access to Aggie Enterprise and existing users with these job codes will lose access.
