Requisition: Insert Attachments at Header Level

Many purchase requests require supporting documentation. There are several ways that these documents can be added to a Requisition, but for best results, we recommend adding any attachments at the header level of the Requisition, when completing the cart checkout screen.  Refer to the related Knowledge Base Article for complete instructions on how to add documentation.   The article also identifies the situations when additional documentation is required, and the types of documents that satisfy the requirement.

Streamlining Award Setup: Fewer Handoffs, Faster Setup

Based on feedback from Aggie Enterprise users, teams identified an opportunity to simplify the process for setting up certain awards that require a “seated license” in Aggie Enterprise. For some populations – such as returning emeriti, adjunct faculty without salary, graduate students, or postdocs serving as principal investigator (PI) – setting up a PPM Sponsored Project award has historically involved multiple steps and handoffs across several teams.
